The only change is to our legal entity name and the banking details shown on your invoices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What&#8217;s changing, from 1 June 2026:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our legal entity name is changing from <\/span><b>Liven Australia Pty Ltd<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to <\/span><b>Nomni Australia Pty Ltd<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our ABN is unchanged: <\/span><b>84 652 552 791<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invoices, statements, and order documents issued from 1 June 2026 will show the new entity name and updated banking details<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Verifying invoices and payments<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you&#8217;ve received an email from us about this change, this page confirms it&#8217;s genuine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note, for your security:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your payment details appear only on your invoice. We will never separately email, text, or phone you to announce that our bank account has changed, or to ask you to pay to a different account.
