Nothing changes for you as a customer. Same team, same services, same agreements – and the same ABN. The only change is to our legal entity name and the banking details shown on your invoices.
What’s changing, from 1 June 2026:
- Our legal entity name is changing from Liven Australia Pty Ltd to Nomni Australia Pty Ltd
- Our ABN is unchanged: 84 652 552 791
- Invoices, statements, and order documents issued from 1 June 2026 will show the new entity name and updated banking details
Verifying invoices and payments
If you’ve received an email from us about this change, this page confirms it’s genuine.
Please note, for your security:
- Your payment details appear only on your invoice. We will never separately email, text, or phone you to announce that our bank account has changed, or to ask you to pay to a different account. If you receive a message like that, treat it as fraud and verify with us before paying anything.
- Always pay to the account details shown on your actual invoice – not details sent any other way.
